How to use Coconut Flour?
Replace coconut flour with other wheat or grain-based flours in your baking recipes. It’s important to note however, that coconut flour is highly absorbent and you’ll need more moisture, to ensure the end product is light and not too heavy, It works well paired with other gluten-free flours.
